With their large diameter, the 3.5" Vertical Pipes force the hand into an open-hand pinch, making them very challenging. They are designed to develop superior pinch strength and can be used in a variety of workouts, making them very versatile. For an easier version, try the 2" Vertical Pipe and the 2.75" Vertical Pipe.
