If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a product refund.Please allow us to correct any mistake first though.

We refund purchase price less shipping within 30 days of original purchase. After 30 days, we normally do not accept returns.

If items are returned damaged, without a Return Code or used in any way, no refund will be given.

| In order to return your entire order ( no partial returns ), please email kenny@atomikclimbingholds.com with your order # to receive a RMA code and our Returned Items Address. Our main shipping carrier is United Parcel Service ( UPS ). |
