We love this set for steep home walls. We say steep because, on lower angles, they protrude 3" to 4", which is quite far. Also of note, if you set with these on vertical to low-angle terrain, they will feel like open-handed jugs that resemble the feel of a cobble. We wish cobbles existed like this in outdoor climbing but they do not.
To describe the holds themselves, think open-handed chicken-head cobbles. These full palm-sized shapes do add a variety to your wall that you most likely do not have.
Each hold is different in terms of how slopey they feel and their shape. If you set these in ladder formation with good footholds, you can expect V0 on vertical walls and V3 on 45-degree walls.
