The golden ticket to comfortable pulling when it comes to edges. Each hold in this set offers a friendly, rounded radius on the lip of the edge—The extra depth of incut gives your fingers plenty of room to dig into, making these the go-to holds for low-angled terrain.
The edge size from the backplate to the front face of the hold averages 1". The useable area averages 3/4" deep.
The incuts range from 15 to 45 degrees, with each hold representing different angles—just enough variety to find the proper hold for your training.
A beginner can use these on vertical walls feeling V1. On a 25-degree wall, expect V2 for four of the holds and V3 for one of them. On a 45-degree wall, expect no less than V6.
What we like most about them is that when you throw to them and rip off, the roundness of the lip makes it so that your fingers come off comfortably.
We also have 5 Plated Edges in Set #2, which have fewer positive edges, making them considerably harder than Set #1.
