Overview

About the Holds

The Medium Low-Profile Pinches were shaped with the goal of having a smaller pinch catered to low-angle walls. We wanted a pinch that was still comfortable to climb on but packed a punch. Thus, the Medium Low-Profile Pinches were born!

Setting:

Through setting and climbing on them, we found that they are quick and easy to set with. We set multiple boulder problems in a variety of styles that all varied in grade. You can set easier problems with them, or you can set your next project!

We found that setting with them on a low-angle wall (25 degrees) was ideal when setting in the V4-V8 range. Setting on a steep wall (45 degrees or higher) made it much more difficult to use. Problems we set on the steep wall were closer to the V8-V10 and up range. Below are some of the boulder problems we set with them.

SIZE: The average hold measures 2-3/4" to 3-3/4" wide x 4" tall x 1-1/2" x 1" standing off the wall.
