The 16" Hanging Disk is an obstacle that requires deadpoint accuracy. It hangs via a girth hitched sling, which naturally equalizes itself to hang straight. When you lache to it, it is quite forgiving to catch. Having your hands in equalized positions makes it easier to release for the next obstacle. But when you land on this device with one hand lower than the other, the release becomes more difficult. The edges are at an aggressive 1/2" on each side, which makes for maximum grip and comfort. The 16" version is more challenging to land on and release off of than the 12" version.
