Rewards For Reviews

HOW TO EARN $10 FOR EACH PRODUCT REVIEW

If you checked out as a guest, please follow these steps:

1. Start by creating an account by clicking REGISTER, located in the top right-hand corner of our website.

2. Once registered, please email us at [email protected] with your order number.

3. After we migrate your order to your account, we will email you to let you know that you can write reviews for the products you purchased, following the steps below. 

If you are already a registered user:

1. Log in to your account.

2. Navigate to the products you purchased that you want to review through MY ACCOUNT.

3. On the left-hand side of the page, click Orders.

4. Locate the order and click Details. 

5. You will now see the products you ordered listed on the invoice. Click the title of the product you want to review. 

6. You will now be on the product page. You can enter your review in two places, and either option will work. The first is directly below the price. 

7. The second location is at the bottom of the product page. 

★ For your review to be approved, please include detailed information that will help inform future customers. All feedback is welcome, even if it says your 4-year-old has no problem climbing on that particular hold or set. 

★ If you are an established climber, the level you climb at, the angle of the wall, the feel of the hold, and even how hard in V-Grades can help a fellow climber in deciding if this set is appropriate for them. 

★  Reviews will be approved daily. We will email you once your $10 credit has been applied to your account, along with further instructions on how to redeem your credit.

★ You can leave one review for each eligible product you purchased. The only criterion is that it is a product that offers a review option and that you have purchased it. You cannot review the same product multiple times for reward credit. 

★ Please note that some exceptions apply. Examples include Deals of the Day, Sale Items, and Chalk, among others.
