Crimps are great for training power, but edges keep your finger's tendons safe when climbing many moves to failure. We've taken extra care to ensure that the lips of every hold are silky, which means when you throw to these and come ripping off, your skin is safe.
This steep wall set consists of omnidirectional edges, meaning each hold offers the main incut edge plus many more options per hold. All holds offer a steep wall edge option plus additional challenging options.
Some of the edges stay the same depth across; however, several taper from 1" down to 5/8", offering some left and right-hand dominant holds, which is a pleasant surprise of variety.
You can expect V5/V6 from the edges on a 45-degree overhanging wall, though you can easily rotate them for harder versions.
This set is an excellent choice for the beginner on vertical walls. Their depths of 3/4" to 1" deep make these V1/2 feeling edges a great option to start safely training your tendons.
On a 25-degree overhanging wall, this set becomes an intermediate-level set at V4+.
To summarize, these are organic rock-like edges with comfortable lips, allowing you to keep pulling all session long.
