If you're an American Ninja Warrior athlete or training to become one, the Atomik pull-up ball line is a necessity. These 3.5" climbing balls are a good beginner-level workout device; they're easier to hold on to than the larger spherical balls, so they're excellent for athletes just beginning to build forearm strength. Their shape and ability to rotate make these pull-up balls easier on your tendons and shoulders.
In order to hang your Balls, we recommend using our Ball Accessories

Love them
I have a personal gym in my house and they are one of my favorite additions.

Nice change of pace for our walll
Really happy that I got these as an alternative to strengthen grip. It's a nice change for the same hangars that we've had for years!

Versatile Obstacle!
This obstacle has been a great versatile addition to our gym. We use them in between lanes to go from ball to ball and then swing onto adjacent obstacles. We also put two next to each other, about two feet apart with one in each hand, and swing to the next obstacle in a lane. High quality - great grip

Best cannonballs out there
These are just perfect! A great size, and great texture. They're not going to tear up your hands but won't have you slipping off them either. They've been tested by my ninja kids before we install them in our gym. We can't wait!

Great for other uses!
Well designed and built. These are slightly bigger than a baseball. I started out with the small bombs and upgraded as I improved my climb. These holds will also improve your crossfit game. I also attach these to dumbbells, kettlebells, and weight bar!

Ideal for ceiling traverse across lava floors!
My son has an aversion to floors and wants to climb everywhere, so we set him up in his room with these medium bombs and they have been an ideal fit for his 10yo hands. The texture is the right balance of grippiness (doesn't require chalk), but not rough (doesn't tear up his hands). The customizable color options make this elite for whatever your use case is!

Great
These are a perfect for all ages and sized hands. These are some of the most comfortable cannonballs on the market. They are great quality and they are the size of a baseball.

These started it all for me and should for you too
My ninja career started with bombs/cannon balls. 3.5" is the perfect size to start as well. Forget the bar and go with these for your pull ups and single-hand, unilateral- horizontal swings. Great way to build soft-tissue strength and start using those fingertips in a sneaky intro to sloper strength. When my athletes ask me what they should purchase to get started, it is definitely a set of 1.5" rings and a set of 3.5" bombs.

Bigger than expected
These bombs are bigger than they seem but worth it. one of the harder to conquer for sure but worth it in the long run for training ninja warriors of all ages

A good challenge for beginners
This is the perfect size for beginners who want a challenge and want to work on open hand grip.
JEFF BERCUME
lots of fun
The fact that there are two is great because I use them as a ninja obstacle (in conjuction with other bombs/pipe bombs) or as a pull up apparatus with the added grip challenge.

Are These For You?
If you want to practice simple ergonomic pull-ups these are for you.
If you want to improve your grip strength I recommend the 4.5" or 6" Bombs.
