T-nut Industrial RECTANGULAR Base (Zinc)

Overview

Vastly stronger than our standard t-nut. 3778 pounds of force required to pull the T-nut through a 3/4" ACX plywood panel.

The Rectangular Industrial T-nut is one of the most robust and widely used T-nuts on the climbing market. This model is nice for getting the t-nuts closer to the edges of your wall studs than round base t-nuts. 

Drill 1/2" holes and attach with included screws. 

• 240 hours of Neutral Salt Spray (NSS) testing showed no signs of rust.
• 3/8-16 zinc rectangular base t-nut
• Self-guided barrel
• Vastly stronger than standard t-nuts. 3778 pounds of force required to pull the T-nut through a 3/4" ACX plywood panel.  
• The base measures 1-7/16".
• The barrel height measures 9/16".
• Attaches using #6 x 5/8" phillips head screws, which are included
• 1/32" thicker barrel wall when compared to the standard version. 
• Great for roofs, locations close to wall studs, and areas of your wall where high-leverage products are being used, such as our famous Ninja Warrior Products.  
• Install by drilling a 1/2" hole from the front of the panel to the back, then attach it to the backside of your panel using the included screws.
• Passes EN 12572-1:2017 test in 3/4" Baltic birch plywood using the test protocol up to 12 kN. Meaning it requires more than 2697 pounds of force to pull the T-nut through a 3/4" ACX plywood panel.
