Granite Feature #3 is 18 inches long and offers four different edges on one side of the hold and a sloping rail on the other.
On a vertical wall, the sloper side of this hold comes in at V2, and on a 45-degree wall V6/7. It feels very similar to the rail-like cracks in the granite bouldering areas.
There are two ledge-like edges on the incut side, one incut crimp, and one slightly incut crimp. They are crimps only when you set the hold horizontally on your wall. When this hold is set vertically, it's a pinch.
You choose this kind of hold when you want to spice up your vertical wall.
